Depending on your time zone we may not see your post until the next morning, so please do not expect a response within an hour of posting. We are not Microsoft. and are not available 24/7
Keep it civil
Keep it professional. You are allowed to complain about the software, and otherwise, be cranky or salty in your demeanor. We've all done it. But threats, insults, and abusive behavior won't make us want to help you. It's not great business for us to write this, but there are real people behind the keys and they deserve to be treated like real people.
